Captaris RightFax 9.3 introduces significant enhancements designed to greatly improve the way an organization manages their fax communications across an enterprise. At a foundation level, various fax processing capabilities are greatly improved by leveraging the open database or they’re completely redesigned in order to give customers more reliable options to deploy, expand and manage their RightFax enterprise. Other improvements are much more visible and include major enhancements made to the .Net-based RightFax Web Access (RWA) client, Server-Side Administration (SSA) and a new Captaris Synchronization Module for Active Directory and the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.

Feature improvements in RightFax 9.3 focus on:

• bolstering the product’s reliability and robustness, resulting in better server performance
• the ability to load-balance
• scaling improved user and administration capabilities

This is the first significant release of the market-leading fax server product since November of 2004, when RightFax 9.0 introduced the new open database architecture, and the first edition of the new RWA client.
